What is Gym Crew?

Gym Crew is a weekly group workout created by BTND. It’s about training together, building strength, and keeping your fitness and mental wellbeing on track. Every session is led by a qualified coach and designed to suit all levels.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Spaces are limited to keep the sessions personal and well-coached. Booking links are shared weekly on our socials and WhatsApp Group

Can beginners join?

Absolutely. Every movement can be adapted, and our coaches will guide you through everything. All we ask is that you show up and give it a go.

Who can join?

Anyone. Whether you’re new to training or already into fitness, Gym Crew is open to all. We’re about progress, not perfection.

What can I expect at a session?

Each workout focuses on functional training, think strength, mobility, and endurance. Expect a mix of solo and team challenges, upbeat music, and a supportive atmosphere.

How long is a session?

Sessions last around an hour, including warm-up and cool-down.

What should I bring?

Just wear comfortable workout gear, bring some water, and maybe a towel. We’ll take care of the rest.

Where does Gym Crew take place?

Sessions are currently run from SCFIT in Stirchley.

Is there a cost to join?

There’s a small entry fee of £5 to cover coaching and venue costs, but we keep it low to make it accessible for everyone.

What makes Gym Crew different?
