Every Wednesday at 7pm, join us at Second City Fitness in Stirchley Birmingham for Gym Crew. BTND’s hybrid fitness session blending strength, conditioning and community.

This isn’t a gym class where you hide behind your headphones. It’s an hour of movement designed to challenge your body and lift your mood, surrounded by people who show up for the same reason: to be Better The Next Day.
