BTND Coaching is your new home for smart, structured Hyrox training. Built by Hyrox world champion Jake Williamson and his personal coach Mike Holmes, this programme is designed to help you build solid, year round fitness without burning out.

You’ll train five days a week, with every session capped at 90 minutes. The programme focuses on efficiency, smart pacing and building the engine you need to perform on race day.

Community

When you join, you’ll get access to a dedicated WhatsApp group with Jake, Mike and the rest of the crew. It’s a place to ask questions, share progress and stay accountable. Community plays a huge role in training well, and having people on the same journey makes it easier to stay consistent and push when it matters.

FAQs

Do I need access to a gym?

Yes. CrossFit box or Hyrox gym set up will be the best set up if you can get open gym access. Other gyms are suitable just may have to be creative with equipment if it gets busy.

I normally don't have much time. Will it be doable anyway?

The programming will be Train 5 days a week
