Introducing Gym Crew: Keeping the BTND Community Moving

As the nights draw in and the temperature drops, staying active can feel harder than ever. That’s exactly why Gym Crew was created, to keep the BTND community connected, moving and motivated through the darker months. What started as a simple idea to bring our people together indoors has grown into something much bigger: a space where anyone can show up, work hard, and leave feeling Better The Next Day.

Led by a qualified coach, each session is designed to help you build strength, boost confidence and push your limits in a supportive, inclusive environment. There’s no pressure to perform and no judgment, just encouragement, community and progress. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or stepping into a gym for the first time, Gym Crew is about meeting yourself where you’re at and taking the next step forward together.

Our low-cost entry point means these sessions are accessible to as many people as possible. It’s important to us that wellbeing never feels exclusive or out of reach. Every week, our crew trains side by side, proving that fitness isn’t just about physical results, it’s about showing up, connecting with others and feeling part of something bigger.

And thanks to the incredible response from our community, Gym Crew isn’t just for winter anymore. Due to its success, we’re aiming to make it a permanent fixture in the BTND calendar running all year round to keep our crew connected and consistent.
